What are Florins?

Taste of Dublin operates on its own currency called Florins. Florins are required to purchase dishes from the restaurants and to buy food and drink from the exhibitors and features. Florins can be purchased online when booking your tickets prior to the event or at one of the many Florin Banks scattered across the event.  
 

1 Florin = €1

 The average dish at Taste of Dublin is 6 Florins. Servings are tapas-sized - enough for you to try more than a few dishes, and for chefs to show off their skills.
